PREPARE FOR CHECK-IN

Please call the hotel vs booking your room online and mention the promo code: (1SNW24). Please visit the Venue tab for the hotel phone number and address.

Registration will open on Friday, August 2nd at 3 pm and will be located inside the ballroom. Please follow the hotel signs, or ask the front desk for directions. Once you have checked in you will receive your name badge, a gift bag, and a program. 

Friday and Saturday dinners are served at 6:00 pm

Doors open at 5:30 pm

Speaker 7 pm

Sunday morning breakfast is served at 

8:00 am

Doors open at 7:30 am

Speaker 9 am

Please bring a light jacket or sweater as it may get chilly inside the hotel.

Please bring a pair of sneakers for comfort (also if you plan on participating in the morning run).

If you would like to join in on the yoga session, please remember to bring your own mat or towel. 

There are going to be many fun-themed baskets that will be up for raffle! 
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event so please remember to bring a little extra cash.
