Check-in will take place in the ballroom at the CasaBlanca Resort at 3:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2026. At that time, you will receive your badge and a printed copy of the program. We look forward to seeing you there!

Registration will open at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 7, 2026 and will be located in the ballroom. Please follow hotel signage or ask the front desk for directions
Once you have checked in, you will receive your name badge, gift bag, and a printed program.

• Dinner: 6:00 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)
• Speaker: 7:00 PM
Sunday
• Breakfast: 8:00 AM (Doors open at 7:30 AM)
• Speaker: 9:00 AM
• Bring a light jacket or sweater (it may feel chilly inside)
• Comfortable sneakers are recommended for walking activities
• Bring a yoga mat or towel if you plan to join the yoga session
• Raffle tickets will be available—please bring cash
